Logate’s trademarks identifies Logate’s enterprise products and services. Logate spent much time in promoting and preserving goodwill in its products and professional services. And that's why trademarks are very important business assets for us.  The absence of any trademark from bellow guidelines does not mean that it is not a Logate trademark.

Use of the brand “Logate”

Logate® is a registered trademark of Logate d.o.o. in Montenegro and certain other countries. You may not use “Logate” or similar mark in a way that might cause confusion in the marketplace, in any kind of advertising, or on other software or any hardware. The only legal mean to obtain permission to use Logate’s trademarks is by signing a written license agreement with Logate d.o.o.

Use of the “Logate” logo

The "Logate" logo (orange box with fat black "Logate" letters) is a registered trademark of Logate d.o.o. in Montenegro and certain other countries. You may not use “Logate” logo or similar logo design in a way that might cause confusion in the marketplace, in any kind of advertising, or on other software or any hardware. The only legal mean to obtain permission to use Logate’s trademarks is by signing a written license agreement with Logate d.o.o.

"Plays On Words” Actions

There is no relation between the word “Logate”, Linux and/or Linux-based software other than the relationship created by the Logate® brand. You may not use the word(s) “Logate”, "Log Ate", "LOG8", "Log 8" and words with similar connotations or pronunciations, translations, or other words that may cause confusion in the marketplace as a trademark for your own products. Some examples of prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, “File Ate” Linux, “Tree Ate” Linux, “Square Ate” Linux, "Log Eating" Linux etc.
